What to Expect at the Monthly Studio Meetup
The Studio Collective meetup is a 3 hour session held on the second Saturday of each month, designed to support ongoing skill development, thoughtful discussion around process and technique, and a sense of creative consistency for those who want to keep refining their work and growing within a shared studio community.
Each session includes time to connect, share new ideas or what you’ve been working on, and create.
Schedule:
9:00–9:30 AM – Join us for coffee and snacks and settle into the space
9:30–11:00 AM – Show & tell + group learning. Share what you’re working on, ask questions, swap tips, and talk through ideas and techniques.
11:00–12:00 PM – Open studio time to make alongside each other, problem solve and get inspired by one another
We will occasionally host guest-led demos, or plan themed meeting around specific skillsets, but the heart of this meet up is to encourage and grow in our craft, together.
During studio use, members are responsible for providing:
All consumables and materials (e.g., metals, solder, saw blades, sandpaper, flex shaft attachments)
