Refunds:

Refunds are not available for workshop registrations at Fleur. Please consider your availability carefully before registering.

Transfer Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before the workshop start time. We rely on this notice to offer your spot to someone else and manage the workshop schedule. Requests within 48 hours of the workshop start time cannot be accommodated, and no credit will be given.

Transfer Procedure:

To reschedule, contact Fleur at hello@fleurdenver.com with your workshop details and preferred alternative class. Transfers depend on available spots.

Transfer Limitations:

Each registration can only be transferred once. Multiple transfers are not permitted.

No Show:

If you fail to attend the workshop or provide the required cancellation notice, your registration will be marked as a "no show," and no further transfer or credit will be given.

Late Policy:

If you are running late, please text Fleur at (720) 507-7158. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate you in the workshop. Please be sure to arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.

We are thankful for your purchase at Fleur, and we want you and your loved ones to cherish the piece you bought in our store. Because we are such a small shop, we are not able to accept returned items for refund. We do however, offer in-store exchanges up to 90 days after a purchase so long as the item is in its original condition.

When you place an order and submit your account information, our site collects personal information such as your name, e-mail address, and mailing address. We use this information collected online to process and fulfill your order, and correspond with you throughout the way for updates like order confirmation and shipment information. If you opt-in to receive emails from us, you will also receive updates on new products, sales, live events, and more. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and we do not add anyone to this list who has not "opted in," either at an in-person events or electronically.

In addition, we maintain a record of your purchase history on our site. We do not share this information outside of our company, and use this information responsibly.

For additional security, we do not store credit card payment information.
