Fleur is opening its doors every Friday, and we’re looking for a few thoughtful people to help support the space.
This is a part-time role for someone who enjoys creative environments, likes things to feel organized and welcoming, and wants to be part of what happens here day to day.
Fridays are a mix of calm creative flow and community energy — people stop by to shop, pick up finished work, or spend time in the studio.
We’re open to either a paid or trade arrangement for this position. Details below:
Role Details
Schedule
Fridays, 10am–6pm
(1–2 shifts per month, 3-month minimum)
Compensation
$20–25/hr depending on experience, or one Friday per month in exchange for unlimited studio access
What You’ll Do
- Open and close the studio (lights, torches, pickle pots, etc.)
- Greet visitors and answer simple questions
- Check in members for drop-in studio time
- Ring up purchases and help with pick-ups
- Keep the studio tidy, water plants, and reset for evening classes if needed
Who This Might Be Right For
Someone warm, dependable, and organized who enjoys being in a creative environment. You don’t need to be a jeweler or artist — just someone who appreciates craft, care, and community.
