Pillow Sewing Workshop

Make three beautiful pillow covers in one cozy, creative session! In this confident beginner workshop, you’ll learn how to sew an envelope-back pillow, create crisp flange edges, and install a zipper (yes, you can sew a zipper!). You’ll leave with three finished covers, two pillow inserts, and the skills to make even more at home.

In class, we’ll cover:

  • Sewing an envelope closure

  • Creating flange edges for a tailored finish

  • Installing a zipper with ease

  • Tips for pressing, clean seams, and pro-level finishing

Workshop fee includes all fabric, notions, zippers, pillow inserts, and usage of sewing machines and tools.

Level: Confident Beginner — students should already know how to thread the machine, wind a bobbin, and sew a straight stitch.

  • Confident beginners who can operate a sewing machine (threading, bobbin winding, straight stitching).

  • Fabric, velcro, tools, notions, sewing machines, choice of fleece prints.

  • Just yourself! Feel free to bring your own sewing machine if you'd like to use it, but have machines available for all participants to use.

  • Maximum 12 students.
