Sewing Basics: Grocery Totes
Friday, February 23rd 5-8pm
This Sewing 101 class will cover how to use a home sewing machine and teach students how to complete a basic project. Students will learn how to set up a home sewing machine, sewing workstation ergonomics, how to thread a machine, how to wind a bobbin, how to select and switch between stitch settings, and how to work with elastic. If you've never used a sewing machine or it's been a while, this course will make sure you're comfortable with any modern home sewing machine!
All fabric and materials are included in the workshop fee, including use of our sewing machines. If you already own a sewing machine and would like to practice on it, you are welcome to bring your own.

All sewing classes are limited to 5 people. All fabric and materials are included in the course fee, including use of our sewing machines.
Class sales are final, but we will work with you to exchange a different class or use your funds for in-store credit if desired.
