Paint & Illustrate: Watercolor Workshop

In this workshop, you’ll not only leave with a beautiful watercolor painting but also the skills to make your own artwork at home! The class will begin with the practice of watercolors and trying your hand at various techniques, such as mastering different types of washes, dry brushing, gradients, and more. We will then move onto drawing techniques to help you develop new illustration skills. You’ll then apply all of those techniques to create your own mixed media illustration. This class is great for beginners wanting to learn something new OR advanced artists looking to build their creativity.

Class Includes:

  • Watercolor Pallet (yours to keep after class!)

  • Use of our brushes and Micron Pens

  • 2 sheets of Cold-pressed Watercolor Paper

All classes are held at Fleur, 13 E 4th Ave. Denver, CO 80203

  • Beginners and experienced artists are welcome! This class is great for anyone looking to explore watercolor and illustration.

  • You’ll receive a watercolor palette (yours to keep), and will have use of our brushes, Micron pens, and cold-pressed watercolor paper.

  • Please bring a reference photo for your project, but all materials will be provided.

  • Maximum of 15 students.
