Learn the art of stained glass in this immersive beginner-friendly workshop, where you'll design and build your own 6” x 6” sun-catcher using the Tiffany (copper foil) method.

This workshop takes place over the course of two, Saturday afternoon sessions and is a deep dive into stained glass—perfect for total beginners or anyone looking to expand their skills.

Projects may vary seasonally, but the fundamentals remain the same. We only offer this class a few times each year, and space is limited to keep the experience focused and personal.

What You’ll Learn

Over the course of the workshop, you'll explore:

  • The history of stained glass and the copper foil technique

  • Tools and methods for cutting and shaping glass

  • Color theory and basic design

  • Soldering, assembly, and framing

  • Finishing techniques to complete your piece

You'll leave with a finished stained glass panel and the skills to keep creating on your own.

All classes are held at Fleur, 13 E 4th Ave. Denver, CO 80203

  • This course is beginner-friendly — no prior stained glass experience needed.

  • Glass sheets, all tools, copper foil, soldering supplies, and framing materials.

  • All materials are included, but this class will provide a lunch break, so bring a lunch and snacks for throughout the day! We have a microwave, mini-fridge, and water fountain you are welcome to use during your class.

  • Maximum of 4 students.
