First Stitch: A "try it out" night
Interested in sewing, but not sure if you’re ready to commit to a multi-day intro course? Join us for your first stitch and try it out! In this 2 hour class, you’ll learn how to operate a sewing machine and make your very own sunglasses (or glasses!) case.
This class is about getting comfortable with a domestic sewing machine and learning the basics of a straight stitch and backstitch. Your class fee includes usage of our sewing machines and all materials - just bring your curiosity!

All classes are held at Fleur, 13 E 4th Ave. Denver, CO 80203
All sewing classes are limited to 6 people. For this workshop, students are highly encouraged to bring their own clothing to alter. Before altering clothing, or if you are unable to bring your own clothes to alter, we will be practicing on other fabric.
Workshop fee includes practice fabric, usage of sewing machines, tools and notions, and white or black thread for your project.
Class sales are final, but we will work with you to exchange a different class or use your funds for in-store credit if desired.
