Class Date: January 11th 12-2pm
In this two hour workshop, participants will learn about fibers, plant pigments, and how to naturally dye fabric all in the process of creating a beautifully dyed bandana.
Each person will be supplied with one upcycled cotton bandana sewn by your instructor, Leah Rich of Roundtrip Goods and will work with a variety of supplied plants and modifiers so you can really explore the possibilities with color! The last 30 min of class will end with a steaming process, where participants will be able to browse fabrics and books, tidy up, chat and Q/A with your instructor.
Plan to walk out of this workshop with a beautifully dyed bandana, take home care instructions, and a basic knowledge of dyeing with plants.
